Welcome to the Visitor Management Documentation. Please read through the documentation carefully to ensure that you can easily get the most out of the Visitor Management System.

What is the Visitor Management system?

It is a two part system made up of a Teams app for booking visitors and a portal device for checking in visitors. These docs detail the Teams app. Documentation for the portal device can be found here (opens in a new tab).

Accessing the Visitor Management System

The Teams app will automatically be installed for you. You can find it pinned to the left hand menu of Teams. If you cannot see it, please contact the IT department. It is available on all Teams clients be that Mac, Windows, Web, iOS or Android.

App Sidebar

Upon clicking on the app, you will be presented with one of two screens. The activity tab or the Visitor Management tab. These are both pictured below.

This is where you will receive notifications when your visitors arrive.

This is the main tab of the app. It is where you will book visitors and manage your bookings. This is detailed further later in the documentation.
