Manual Sign In
To manually sign an employee in or out, click the Manual Sign In/Out
button on the Home
page. This is useful when there is a power outage at a location rendering the visitor management device non-operational.
The visitor management app can be accessed via the teams app on a mobile device as well as a PC. Upon clicking on the Manual Sign In/Out
button you will be presented with the following form:
When the page first loads the submit button will be greyed out with a loading spinner as it loads all the employee names. Once this is complete start typing a name in the employee field to filter the options. Then select a name from the suggestions.
Next you will need to select a location. Either select the location the employee is entering or select Offsite
if the employee is leaving. Finally click the Submit
button to sign the employees new location status.
