Sign In/Out Spontaneous Visitors

To sign in or out a spontaneous visitor or a contractor, click the Visitor Sign In/Out button on the Home page. This will present you with the following form:

When the page first loads the submit button will be greyed out with a loading spinner as it loads all the visitor names. Once the names have loaded the submit button will become active.

The page is split into two sections. Sign in a visitor and sign out.

Sign In

To sign in a spontaneous visitor, enter the first name and last name into the corresponding fields. Then select the location they are entering from the drop down menu. Finally, click the Submit button. The button will turn into a loading spinner and upon success a message will appear in the top right corner of the screen.

Sign Out

This form can be used to sign a visitor out regardless of if they were spontaneously added or invited to visit. To sign out a visitor, select their name from the list and then click the Submit button. The button will turn into a loading spinner and upon success a message will appear in the top right corner of the screen.
